Hi I have a problem since I have been using teams on my laptop. The audio works fine and I can see videos very clearly of my other staff. When I turn on my video is starts off clear then the green and black lines appear on the screen, sometime this leads to the screen freezing and locking up. I have in the last week rebuilt my laptop with Windows 10 and have increased my fibre connection to maximum Meg each way and still have the issue. Was this reply helpful? I have almost brand new Logitech C Which works very well with any other software including Teams on webpage. Unfortunately when Start the call after about It is also like zoom into left top-ish corner. When i turn the webcam off then on video comes back but only for a couple of seconds.
When someone share the screen video works fine as its small. For some times i used Logitech Capture which is i believe obs like software. But now this one stopped working with team recently. I then put my old HP laptop back to factory reset and reloaded and the same issue occurred.
About three months ago Windows 10 did an upgrade to the operating system and this fixed the issue so there for you would have to think that Windows 10 had issues with the graphic drivers and it was fixed in the upgrade. But I'm also using obs as my primary video stream. I'm running Windows 10 on my machine and can provide more information as needed period will try what was suggested above. I also have the problem.

I also removed all other references to Cameras. This was done via Device Manager. If it was the same as what I had, it was not just Teams, but any Windows app making using of the camera. So if you launch the Camera app and switch to video in Windows 10 you will see the same thing, so not just Teams specific. I tried this with device manager but it does not help. Drives me nuts. The Camera app does NOT have this issue at our notebooks. We discovered that our issue is somehow caused by Teams.
